The Executive Board meets once each month for the purpose of maintaining league operations, resolving league policy issues and planning future league activities. Any member of EUSA may attend the monthly Board meetings and will have a chance to speak about any issue pertaining to the Club in the first portion of the meeting. The minutes of any Board meeting will be made available to current league members upon request through our general e-mail address. All monthly Board meetings use the following agenda:
