Mark your calendars for June 9th and keep your personal schedules open that day as the MegaWatts Blue and MegaWatts Red (two teams in EUSA’s Travel Socer program) will be playing in a friendly match at Ridge High School.  This game will be played before the Jersey Sky Blue and NJ Wildcats, two semi-professional women’s teams play their match at 7:30pm.

This is a great opportunity for the members of EUSA to come together as a community and support not just two of our own teams proudly representing their club, but to lend support for the two teams in NJ that are the standard bearers for quality soccer for women at the club level in the United States.  Since the WUSA League’s unfortunate (and unexpected) end several years ago, a number of semi-professional women’s clubs around the U.S. and Canada have worked hard to keep alive the hopes and dreams of young girls looking for inspiration on a more local scale.  By supporting these teams now, we are working towards the day when professional women’s soccer is once again played across this country.

Ticket prices are as follows:
Adults - $9
Youth - $6

Come in a group of 20 and you’ll pay $120 (so that’s $6 a ticket no matter what age you are).
